Residential

Residential addiction treatment focuses on stabilization and assessment of your health to ensure you are ready—physically, psychologically and emotionally—to learn about core recovery concepts and to begin practicing recovery principles in your daily life. Each day, you will be given a schedule of treatment activities, appointments and services tailored to meet your recovery needs and goals.

In our residential programs we focus on coping skills, mental health, vocational training, and health education — each an essential element of the road to recovery and a meaningful life back in the community whenever they leave our care.

Our facilities are staffed 24 hours and 7 days a week. In addition, a licensed counselor is on site all week during business hours running both group therapy and individual sessions with clients and our mental health therapists also visit weekly to conduct various mental health groups.

In addition to mental health groups, we also offer options of psychiatric medication management and traditional talk therapy for all our clients.

Clients in our residential programs are also eligible to receive MAT services while in our care, and we are a licensed provider of both the Sublocade and Vivitrol injections.

3.3 Level of Care - medium intensity residential program

Our 3.3 level of care this our highest intensity residential program.

The program usually lasts 30 days, but clients can stay as long as 60 days depending on clinical recommendations.

Participants will receive psychoeducation about addiction, triggers, and relapse prevention all focused on providing our the foundation for a lasting recovery.

Clients are largely confined to the residential facility during the program with limited exceptions such as trips to 12 step meetings, trips to the grocery store, the gym, and religious services. Trips are always supervised by an Evolve staff member.

Clients are allowed visits every weekend after their first week.

Food is also provided in our 3.3 program, but clients may, at their discretion, purchase their own food.

3.1 Level of Care - low intensity residential program

Our 3.1 Level of Care is our low intensity residential program - this level of care also takes place in residential settings and is typically reserved for more stable clients who have demonstrated a commitment to recovery.

In our 3.1 program we provide the same types of groups and services as in our 3.3 Program, but with a larger emphasis on clients increasing their recovery support in the community, getting back to work, and working on relapse prevention.

Clients coming to our 3.1 program will have a 2 week orientation period where they are not to have their phones, vehicles, or start working yet. They are to only leave the house if accompanied by another client or staff.

Recovery Doesn't have to Be Tedious

We believe firmly that Substance Abuse treatment doesn’t have to be tedious. It is okay to have fun on your journey to sobriety.

That is why we invest in client activities to allow all our participants to experience things they might not otherwise. It is a chance to see what is possibly in a life of recovery.

While you are with us, you may have the opportunity to participate in something as simple as a pumpkin carving contest, to equine therapy, to attending the Ocean City Convention or even parachute jumping in the memory of a lost friend on National OPverdose Awareness Day.
